Program description
Shug's Services, LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile number and consent. Messages relate to quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, job updates, and follow-up about work we've performed. This is a conversational program — you can text us back and reach a real person.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us when you:
- Submit the quote request form on shugsservices.com and check the consent box, or
- Give us your mobile number in person, by phone, or in writing and agree to be texted, or
- Text us first at (270) 447-7484.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire us without agreeing to text messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You'll typically receive messages when you request a quote, when we confirm or remind you about an appointment, and when we follow up after a job.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Shug's does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You'll get one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can opt back in at any time by texting START to (270) 447-7484.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
